Delivery
Orders that are received before 12.00 are normally sent on the same day.
For customers that do not have an agreement with a freight agent, we delivery using Schenker. Other fright firms that we use are: The Swedish Post and DHL.
Handling Charge
As from 1/1-2009 a handling charge of 5 EUR will be charged for orders with purchase order value below 25 EUR after discount, but before freight cost and other charges.
The only exceptions are sample orders and customers with price arrangement or call orders.
