Characteristics
|
Description
The PBT material is especially suited for mechanical processing, e.g. boring, after assembly. Otherwise, its characteristics are similar to the standard PDE material.

Lubrication
The compound bearing contains lubricant. Therefore, in principle they can be used with one-time lubrication. Additional lubrication is recommended to protect the shaft against corrosion. Additional lubrication should be introduced through the shaft openings or radially via the housing. All the normal lubricating greases can be used. Greases with additives of graphite or molybdenum disulphide should be avoided. |
Tolerance
Bearings pressed in to a H7 seat give a tolerance of F10.
Recommended shaft tolerance h9-h7. |
