Technical Data:

WFWB800

Examples of typical uses
• Forestry Machinery
• Agricultural Machinery
• Lifting Tables
• Person Lifts
• Office Furniture
• Papermachines

• Training Equipment

Advantages
• Tolerates extremely high loads
• Designed to function even without lubrication
• Works well, even in dirty environments
• Practically no water uptake (0.1-0.2%)

Characteristics

wb800

Description
The Peek material should be used when very high requirements are set for the type of bearing. It is nearly totally chemical resistant. When it comes to resistance to both high and low, temperatures, during long operating periods, this thermoplastic material has the highest values that can be found.

PEEK can also be subjected to very high loads even in extreme conditions. This high temperature, resistant, base-polymer is a partly crystallised thermoplastic with special carbon fibre, graphite and PTFE additives.

Lubrication
The compound bearing contains lubricant. Therefore, in principle they can be used with one-time lubrication. Additional lubrication is recommended to protect the shaft against corrosion. Additional lubrication should be introduced through the shaft openings or radially via the housing. All the normal lubricating greases can be used. Greases with additives of graphite or molybdenum disulphide should be avoided.
Tolerance
Bearings pressed in to a H7 seat give a tolerance of F10. Recommended shaft tolerance h9-h7.

Special Designs
Only larger series.
• Infinite material combinations, which can give unique characteristics for special designs
• Internal and external lubricating grooves
• Slide bearings with integrated seals
• Other tolerance positions
• Spherical and plane washers
